Return Policy
We want you to love your ON A MISSION gear. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of delivery.
Conditions for Returns
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
Socks and other products showing signs of use (e.g. washed, worn, damaged) cannot be accepted for return due to hygiene reasons.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Return Costs
A flat fee of €5 per return will be deducted from your refund.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable (except in cases of defective or incorrect items).
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and check your return.
If you received a discount code, the discounted amount will not be refunded.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or product, please place a new order and return the unwanted item.
Defective or Wrong Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us at support@onamissionbrand.com within 7 days of delivery. In this case, return shipping is free.
How to Return
Email support@onamissionbrand.com with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll send you a prepaid return label (Germany only) or instructions for your country.
Pack the item securely and ship it back.
