Return Policy

We want you to love your ON A MISSION gear. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of delivery.

Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

  • Socks and other products showing signs of use (e.g. washed, worn, damaged) cannot be accepted for return due to hygiene reasons.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Return Costs

  • A flat fee of €5 per return will be deducted from your refund.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable (except in cases of defective or incorrect items).

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and check your return.

  • If you received a discount code, the discounted amount will not be refunded.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or product, please place a new order and return the unwanted item.

Defective or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us at support@onamissionbrand.com within 7 days of delivery. In this case, return shipping is free.

How to Return

  1. Email support@onamissionbrand.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll send you a prepaid return label (Germany only) or instructions for your country.

  3. Pack the item securely and ship it back.
